From my initial enquiry phone call, to phoning to order the firewood, and through to the delivery, the service was both pleasant and professional. The wood arrived at the designated time, and I received a phone call prior to arrival as requested. The firewood was as described, and the quantity was actually what was paid for.
After having cut my own firewood for years, the first two places I tried to source wood from over the past couple of months were most disappointing (the loads were well under weight, and full of dirt/rocks etc).
If you are looking for firewood, based on my recent experience I have no hesitation in recommending Sapphire Coast Firewood in Queanbeyan.
